Underpromise & Overdeliver

We just experienced a fabulous experience at a beautiful Bed & Breakfast: The Georgian Manor Inn located in Norwalk, Ohio.  www.GeorgianManorInn.com.  The propriators are Judy and Gene Denney.  The facility, built in 1906 by a local dentist is elegant, exquisitely appointed, spacious, and makes you want to curl up in front of the fireplace with your favorite book.  Judy and Gene made us feel pampered beyond any B&B experience we have had over 25 years of travel.  The Denney’s promised a comfortable stay and instead delivered far more than expected from the beautiful room; the delectable breakfast; and the turn-of-the-century ambiance.  Judy and Gene Genner are models for any of us in the business of serving others.  They personally attended to our every need and request and with a smile.  This would be a great place to visit and pamper yourself.  You may want to use the experience as a way to learn how to better serve your patients.
