Dr. Ron Stanich--Distinguished Dentist in Ohio

Dr. Ron Stanich, the good looking one in the red shirt, recently was awarded The  2009 Distinguished Dentist Award for his 30 + years of service to the dental profession in Ohio.  This is the highest honor bestowed by the Ohio Dental Association.  Dr. Stanich is a living example of the amazing quality of dentists I get to coach.  Won’t you help me further acknowledge this incredible man by sending him a short, yet warm email congratulating him on his award.  His email address is: stanichr@sbcglobal.net.  Those of us who know him are very proud to be called his friend.

This past weekend I had the opportinity for the last time to sell tickets as a Trustee for the Ohio Dental Association’s Foundation Board.  During the ODA event I helped encourage doctors to contribute to the ODA Foundation by purchasing tickets for our annual drawing: first prize of a 3-year lease on an Audi A-4 or $20,000.  Two of my Foundation buddies helped me sell tickets.  See if you can pick who is who: 4-6jpg Battle for the Planet of the Apes psp Dr. Ron Occhionero–Asst. Coach Ron and His Support Team

I have the opportunity to garner support; advise; extra insights and direction from talented people that have been personally selected and invited to work with me to support my clients.  Tonight I had the opportunity to spend 2 hours with Dr. Charles Blair and one of my highly successful dental clients as Charles walked us through a 70 + page report (Practice Booster) that clearly and mathematically showed him where he can add $100,000 annually to his income with little effort.  AMAZING.  I love being a Dental Coach. порно крупно трахают русскую видео

ThinkerI feel every day is a gift and full of amazing “things”.    As such, I am accumulating interesting factoids that I want to share with you.  There is no real purpose for doing this………..it’s just fun and you will now have some amazing ideas to share at your next party; with your team; or with your family over dinner.

Not All Dental Practices are Down

Denise PritchettToday I had my dental recare visit  at my brother, Dr. Scott Arndt’s office.  A delightful experience I must admit…not just because he is my brother.  Rather it is because he masterfully leads his practice with exceptional team members (Stephanie; Beth; Lisa; Julie; Ginnie; and Debbie) and creates an environment where patients feel like they are at “home”.  However, there is one lady that I want to acknowledge for her amazing efforts.  She is the one team member I did not list above:  It’s Denise.  As the Administrative lead to this practice and with the help of her team mates their new patient flow has grown; their collections are above industry averages; and 7 out of 8 months they have exceeded their practice production goals.  I’ve been told by others that there’s a recession going on!  What’s different in Dr. Scott’s office?

His team!  And a talented Administrative person like Denise who lives, eats, and implements Dr. Scott’s Core Values & Vision.

Dr. Ron’s Heart Attack Celebration

My LadieseditEvery year about this time, I become a bit meloncholy as I am reminded that on August 7th, 1988 at 2:10 PM on a Sunday afternoon I suffered a heart attack that required a Life-Flight helicopter ride to the Cleveland Clinic.  Baloon angioplasty was just coming into vogue and that was the procedure that saved my life.  Quick action on my part via my differential diagnosis and refusing to deny what was happening to me kept the heart damage to minimal.

It is at this time of the year I am keenly aware of this gift we call life.  I am thankful to GOD and to my family and close friends and clients.  Allow me to make that acknowledgement right now as I have learned that “silent gratitude isn’t worth very much to anyone.”  I am thankful to be alive for the past 21 years and I have two delightful and beautiful daughters thanks to my amazing wife.
